Shoot Time:

The shoot time is not definitive. Our professionals will spend as long as needed to capture suitable images/videos. On average our shoots will take between two to four hours.

Photo/Video Delivery:

Edited images/videos will selected at the discretion of the photographer.
If further rounds of edits are required, additional charges will apply.

Payment Terms:

50% deposit due upon booking. 50% balance is due when content is complete and ready to be delivered.

Rescheduling/Cancellations:

If you need to reschedule your shoot, you must notify us at least two business days prior to the shoot or a $200 cancellation fee will be applied.
A maximum of one reschedule is permitted per shoot. A $200 fee will be assessed for additional reschedules.

Fine Print:

Mileage is included up to 50 miles from our office. Additional charges will be applied for distances over 50 miles.
Shoot details will be defined by client prior to the shoot. Changes may incur extra charges.
It is the client’s responsibility to arrange the shoot location and provide media releases for shoot participants.
We do not supply props, makeup, hair, or backdrops.
